You, or your clients, go to a custom web address, fill out a single page form, and your referral information is automatically assigned to the file. Yourself, as well as your clients, can log in 24 hours a day to check the status of the file. As a referral source you will view your personal pipeline showing all of your files, their progress, and commissions. For your clients, they will have a detailed view of their file and progress with a custom message, data print out and graphical progress bar.
Completely free. $250 Commission Per Paid Deal.

Lead Site:
This allows your clients to fill out their information on your own website, you have a database of your clients and access to custom tailor your web pages as well as allow clients to check status through your site. Information is automatically sent to the processor to start the modification process.
Small Setup fee and monthly fee for site. $350 Commission Per Paid Deal

Business Package 1 & 2:
This is a complete Home Modification Business Automation System, allowing you to Set Your Price, Gather leads, assign to negotiators, manage clients, sales people and their referrals, manage employees, company news and more, plus detailed notes on everything.  Not only does it run your backend but also allows you to manage and maintain your website where sales and referral reps can login to check the status of their deals and clients can log in for a custom message, status report and progress bar; giving them “hands-off” comfort and knowing they are dealing with a professional company.  This is a turnkey operation, with all programming, hosting, server and database admin taken care of. Option 1 is to have us process the files, and option 2 is to have your own processors, keeping 100% of the revenue.
